Ray founded Diriga after spending years watching defense contractors struggle with IT providers who did not understand compliance requirements. The gap between what these businesses needed and what the market offered was not just inconvenient — it was a contract-eligibility risk.
That realization became Diriga Technologies: an IT and cybersecurity firm built from day one around the frameworks and standards that defense and regulated industries must meet. Not bolted on. Built in.
Under Ray's leadership, Diriga expanded into three companies — Diriga Technologies for IT and security, Diriga Recruiting for cleared technical talent, and Diriga Services for government professional services — creating a vertically integrated capability that serves defense and government clients end to end.
