Why we started Diriga Recruiting
When Ray Bazzi founded Diriga Technologies, the IT clients who needed the most help were defense contractors. And those same contractors had another problem: they could not find qualified, cleared talent fast enough to staff their programs.
General staffing firms treated defense recruiting like every other vertical — high volume, low fit. Contractors needed recruiters who understood clearance processes, technical requirements, and the unique culture of defense programs.
Diriga Recruiting was founded to close that gap. Every recruiter on our team has defense sector experience. We maintain a network of cleared professionals across six defense hubs. And we measure success by retention, not placement volume.
