Diriga Services emerged from a pattern our recruiting team kept seeing: clients who needed more than individual placements. They needed teams that could own delivery — scope, schedule, and outcomes. Not just headcount, but accountability.
Founded by Ray Bazzi as the professional services arm of the Diriga family, Diriga Services brings together the cleared talent pipeline of our recruiting division, the IT and compliance expertise of our technology division, and the program management rigor that government clients demand.
